ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- An F-15E Strike Eagle from the 492nd Fighter
Squadron takes off during a mission here Sept. 4. The Strike Eagle is considered
the most advanced two-seat tactical fighter aircraft in the world, and its radar
system allows aircrews to pick out bridges and airfields from more than 80 miles
away. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Tony R. Tolley)
