ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Ward Stephens uses an aquamiser to pressure wash
the old paint off of a C-130 Hercules. The aquamiser, used with environment-friendly
paint removers, reduces chemical use by about 50 percent. Mr. Stephens is a painter
in the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center's maintenance directorate here. (U.S.
