SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras - Soldiers and Airmen hang 100 feet above the ground
from a UH-60 Blackhawk here recently. Search and Rescue team members trained in
a Special Patrol Infiltration and Exfilration System exercise with aircrews from
the 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment. In turn, the SAR team members serve
as a training aids for aircrews to conduct tactical operations on counter-narcoterrorism
