EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Airman 1st Class George Zawalonka inspects an
F-16 Fighting Falcon during preflight operations supporting Exercise Cope Thunder
05-1 here April 25. Cope Thunder is a joint/combined air training exercise with
the purpose of providing pilots with a real combat training environment. Airman
Zawalonka is a crew chief with the 35th Fighter Wing at Misawa Air Base, Japan.
