VISITORS TO CHINCOTEAGUE. Recreational activities vary with each refuge and with the seasons. Visitors, like these to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, one of the most heavily visited refuges in the system, check with the refuge manager to find out what activities are currently allowed and any special regulations pertaining to those activities.
