BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- A U-2 aircraft takes off from here to collect
images over the Gulf Coast region Sept. 22. Federal Emergency Management Agency
officials asked the 9th Reconnaissance Wing to take images over Louisiana and
Texas to assess before Hurricane Rita hit the area. The wing's Airmen are standing
by to conduct additional post-hurricane missions to help assess the damage and
