HOUSTON -- First Lt. G. Paul Roberts cleans the quartz glass portal of the airborne
real-time cueing hyperspectral enhanced reconnaissance system aboard an Australian
made Gippsland Aeronautics "Airvan" aircraft. His Civil Air Patrol mission
here will be to detect oil spills and pollution in the affected region of Hurricane
