YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan (AFPN) -- Senior Airman Buck Dugger uses a hammer to punch
a hole on an oxygen cart during repair work here. Airman Dugger is assigned to
the 374th Maintenance Group's aircraft structural maintenance element. The element
is responsible for structural repair and corrosion prevention of C-130 Hercules
assigned here and the more than 200 aircraft that transit here annually. (U.S.
