Skalany replace clamps on a C-130 Hercules engine's air bleed-down system. The
system helps the engines start through air compression. The maintainers are deployed
to the 386th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron here from the 463rd AMS
at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark.Their unit maintains aircraft that conduct
