MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Senior Airman Hashim Haskins, an F-16 crew chief for
the 14th Fighter Squadron here, guides Lt. Col. Kurt Neubauer to his parking spot
after he completes 3,000 flying hours in the F-16 Fighting Falcon. Neubauer is
